My name is Michael Lairson. I am currently the Manager of Business Intelligence Services for Intelenex, a premier Oracle partner specializing in implementation of and integration with Oracle software. As the BI Manager at Intelenex, I am responsible for all things related to business intelligence, including Oracle BI Enterprise Edition and the thing I am best known for, Oracle CRM On Demand Analytics. I am humbled to be considered a leading authority on Oracle Business Intelligence, and hope that I am able to assist you with your BI needs.

So how does one become a leading authority on Oracle Business Intelligence? Good question. I am not sure how others get here, but my path took me through some interesting experiences and roles along the way.

  • 6 years as an Instructional Designer - Financial Services Industry
  • Joined Siebel Systems in 2001 - Certification Exam Developer
  • Moved into the Siebel CRM OnDemand Training team
  • Joined Oracle in the Siebel acquisition
  • Moved into the Oracle Consulting Services CRM On Demand team
  • Rediscovered my analytical roots and began focusing on BI
  • Published Oracle CRM On Demand Reporting in Sep. 2008
  • Joined Intelenex in October 2008
  • Published Oracle CRM On Demand Dashboards in Aug. 2010
  • Published Oracle CRM On Demand Combined Analyses in Nov. 2010
