I am glad you stopped by! This is the Home Page for Michael D. Lairson, Author of Oracle CRM On Demand Reporting. Allow me to introduce myself, in case you stumbled on to this page by mistake and/or have no idea who I am. I live in North Carolina, USA, and have been here my entire life. I am not opposed to moving, just not a big fan of packing and unpacking my stuff. I have degrees from UNC Charlotte. A BA in English with concentration in technical writing, and a M.Ed. in Instructional Systems Technology with a concentration in Education Measurement and Statistics.
I am currently the Manager of Business Intelligence Services at Intelenex, supporting Oracle CRM On Demand and OBIEE.
One of my favorite aspects of my job is building analytical reports in Answers On Demand, the analytics component of Oracle CRM On Demand. My book is all about developing reports in Oracle CRM On Demand.
